Billing, cancellation & refunds

How billing works
Paid plans (Pro $5/month or $48/year, Platform $25/month) are billed by our payment partner Creem acting as merchant of record — Creem's name appears on your statement, and Creem handles taxes and card data. The Free plan requires no payment details.
Free trial
Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. We email you 2 days before the trial converts to a paid subscription, so a charge never comes as a surprise. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged at all.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing — two clicks, no retention quizzes, no emails to write. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account downgrades to Free. Your subdomains and DNS records are never deleted by a downgrade; names above the Free limit are frozen until you remove extras or re-subscribe.
Refunds
If Subdy didn't work out for you, contact support@subdy.io within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Renewal charges are generally not refunded (you can cancel before renewal at any time), but if you believe a charge was made in error, write to us and we will look into it. Consumers in the EU/EEA retain all statutory withdrawal rights; nothing in this policy limits them.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued by Creem to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
