The service

Subdy provides subdomains under subdy.io with DNS hosting, optional TLS certificates and dynamic IP updates. Names are allocated first-come, first-served; reserved and trademarked names may be declined or reclaimed.

Acceptable use

Phishing, malware distribution, brand impersonation and other abuse are prohibited. We may freeze or ban subdomains that violate this policy; every moderation action is logged with a reason and can be appealed via support@subdy.io.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed by Creem as merchant of record. The Pro trial lasts 7 days; we remind you by email 2 days before it converts. You can cancel anytime from Billing in one click — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then downgrades to Free.

Liability

The service is provided as-is on a best-effort basis for the Free and Pro plans; Platform includes a priority SLA. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits to the extent permitted by law.
